How We Calculate the Fee

Our management fee is 10% of the accommodation revenue remaining after Airbnb, Vrbo, or another booking platform deducts its Airbnb or platform service fees. Cleaning fees and taxes are excluded. You never pay us a management fee on money you did not receive.

Guest pays for accommodation: $1,000

Airbnb or platform fee: $155

Revenue after Airbnb or platform fee: $845

Our 10% management fee: $84.50

This example assumes a 15.5% Airbnb or platform fee for illustration. The actual calculation is based on the platform fees deducted from each reservation.
